What is Fentanyl (FEN)?
Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid analgesic used medically to treat severe pain, particularly in patients recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain. It is significantly more potent than many other opioids and carries a high risk of misuse, dependence, and overdose. Illicitly manufactured fentanyl is frequently encountered in the illegal drug supply and is a major contributor to opioid-related overdoses due to its extreme potency.
12 Panel Now, your trusted source for premium drug testing supplies, offers a high-quality and reliable Fentanyl (FEN) Rapid Drug Test Dip Card. This test is specifically designed to detect the presence of fentanyl in samples with a 10 ng/ml cutoff level, providing accurate and dependable results for professional, workplace, and forensic screening applications.
Fentanyl (FEN) Drug Test Dip Card
Fast, Reliable Detection of Fentanyl Use
The Fentanyl (FEN) Drug Test Dip Card is designed to detect the presence of fentanyl in samples. Fentanyl is a potent synthetic opioid used medically for severe pain management but is also widely encountered in illicit drug supplies due to its high potency. Misuse can lead to respiratory depression, overdose, and other life-threatening complications.
This test features a 10 ng/ml cutoff level, delivering accurate and dependable results for professional, workplace, clinical, and forensic testing applications.
Why It’s Important to Test:
Testing for Fentanyl (FEN) helps identify recent exposure and supports early intervention in clinical, workplace, and forensic settings. Because fentanyl is a potent synthetic opioid that can cause respiratory depression, impaired consciousness, and fatal overdose—even in small amounts—timely screening is critical to reducing safety risks and preventing medical emergencies.
With a 10 ng/ml cutoff level, this test provides accurate detection, supports compliance monitoring, and assists professionals in making informed treatment and safety decisions.
What You Should Know:
Fentanyl (FEN) is a powerful synthetic opioid that may be encountered in both medical and illicit settings. While it is prescribed for the management of severe pain, illicitly manufactured fentanyl is frequently found in the illegal drug supply and is associated with a high risk of misuse and overdose. Even small amounts can cause respiratory depression, extreme sedation, unconsciousness, and death.
Due to these serious risks, reliable testing and early detection—using a 10 ng/ml cutoff level—are especially important in clinical, workplace, and forensic environments.
How to use a Fentanyl 10ng/ml Dip Test
-
- Remove the dip card from the sealed foil pouch. Then, remove the cap from the dip card.
- Immerse the exposed absorbent test strips of the dip card into the collection cup urine sample for 10-15 seconds.
- Allow the urine sample to migrate up the drug test strip.
- Replace the cap over the exposed absorbent test strips of the dip card and lay the dip card flatly on a non-absorptive clean surface. Wait for 5 minutes.
- Finally, read the results at 5 minutes. Do not read after 10 minutes.

All Orders Will Be Shipped the Same Day If Placed Before 3:00 PM EST.
Next-day Shipments Will Not Be Delivered on Weekends, and That the Time Taken on Air Shipments Should Be Counted as Business Days.

Why Does My Tracking Info Still Say "Label Created, Not yet in the System" When I Placed It X Days Ago?
If your order was placed via USPS, sometimes your label might not show up in their system even 1-3 days after they have received the package. The same can happen for UPS orders, although they almost always show up in their system the night which they are shipped. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
If I Pay for a next Day Air Delivery, Am I Guaranteed to Receive It the next Day?
Air deliveries performed by UPS are counted via business days, so you will receive your package the business day after it has been shipped. We also do not ship orders placed after 4 pm EST on the same day, so Next Day orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the following business day.
Why Can't I Check the Tracking of My Package?
After you place your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number within a business day. If you did not receive this email, it's possible that the e-mail was entered incorrectly, sent to your spam folder, or blocked. If you did not receive this email, please call or email us and we'll be happy to give you the status of your shipment.
I Placed My Order but I No Longer Need It. Can I Return It and Get a Refund?
We accept returns for unused items as long as they are placed within 30 days after the day they are purchased. Although shipping is free upon order, we still incur a cost for every order that is shipped, and you will be refunded the amount of your order once we receive the returned goods, minus the cost of shipping.
