How to Use the 14 Panel Dip Test

1. Remove the dip card from the sealed foil pouch.
2. Take off the protective cap to expose the test strips.
3. Dip the strips into the urine sample for approximately 5 seconds.
   -Do not immerse past the indicated line.
4. Replace the cap and lay the device on a clean, flat surface.
5. Read results at 5 minutes.
   -Do not interpret results after 10 minutes
