14 Panel Drug Test Cup with Tramadol & Fentanyl, CLIA Waived
The 14 Panel Drug Test Cup with Tramadol & Fentanyl provides rapid, comprehensive urine drug screening in one convenient collection cup. It detects 14 commonly screened drugs and drug metabolites while also evaluating the specimen’s pH, specific gravity and creatinine levels.
This configuration includes highly sensitive Fentanyl screening at a 1 ng/mL cutoff and Tramadol screening at a 100 ng/mL cutoff, expanding coverage beyond a traditional 12-panel drug test.
The all-in-one cup simplifies specimen collection, screening and result interpretation. No separate test strips or additional testing equipment are required. Results can be read in approximately five minutes, making this cup suitable for clinics, treatment facilities, rehabilitation programs, workplace testing programs and other professional testing environments

Steps to use the CLIA 14 Panel Test Cup with Tramadol
Step 1: Collect the Sample
Before testing, bring both the 14 Panel Drug Test Cup and the urine specimen to room temperature. Ask the donor to provide a urine sample directly into the cup, taking care not to exceed the maximum fill line for accurate results.
Step 2: Seal Securely
After collecting the sample, screw the leak-proof lid tightly onto the cup. This ensures the specimen remains secure, uncontaminated, and tamper-proof.
Step 3: Read Results
Place the test cup on a flat, stable surface and allow it to develop for 5 minutes. After this time, check the results window for colored lines:
-
Two lines (C and T): Negative result
-
One line (C only): Positive result
-
No line in C area: Invalid test; repeat with a new cup
Do not interpret results after 10 minutes, as this may lead to inaccurate readings.
How to Read Results for the 14 Panel Serenity Cup?
Note: At 2-4 minutes, verify the temperature of the specimen by observing where the green dot appears. A green dot will appear on the corresponding temperature line.
*Important Note About Faint Lines
Any visible line in the Test (T) region, regardless of how faint, light or uneven it appears, should be interpreted as a valid negative result, provided that a line is also visible in the Control (C) region.
The intensity of the Test line may vary. A faint Test line does not indicate a preliminary positive result and should not be interpreted differently from a darker Test line.
Positive
If only one colored band appears in the control region (C) and no apparent colored band appears in the test region (T) the test is positive.
Negative
If two colored bands appear on the membrane test is negative. One brand appears in the control region (C) and another band appears in the test region (T).
Invalid
If control band fails to appear on any test at the specified read time, the test must be discarded. Please review the procedure and repeat steps with a new test.
However, if the problems persist, discontinue using the kit immediately and contact us.
Built-In Specimen-Validity Testing
This 14 panel urine drug test cup with Tramadol includes three specimen-validity indicators to help identify potentially diluted, substituted or adulterated urine specimens.
| Validity Check | Description |
| pH | Evaluates whether the specimen’s acidity or alkalinity is within the expected range |
| SG | Measures specific gravity to help identify an unusually diluted specimen |
| CR | Measures creatinine to help assess specimen concentration and validity |
Specimen-validity indicators should be interpreted according to the color chart and instructions supplied with the test.
Sensitive Fentanyl Screening at 1 ng/mL
Fentanyl may not be detected by a standard opiate or morphine panel. This cup includes a separate fentanyl assay with a 1 ng/mL cutoff, providing dedicated screening for fentanyl in addition to the MOR/300 opiate panel.
Tramadol Screening at 100 ng/mL
Tramadol is a synthetic opioid that is not consistently identified by standard opiate panels. The dedicated TML/100 panel screens for tramadol at a cutoff level of 100 ng/mL.
Including both fentanyl and tramadol makes this cup a useful option for programs that need broader opioid screening than a conventional multi-panel drug test provides.
Why Choose This 14 Panel Drug Test Cup?
Unlike many standard drug test cups, this configuration combines commonly screened substances with dedicated fentanyl and tramadol panels.
The FEN/1 panel provides sensitive fentanyl screening, while the TML/100 panel expands coverage to tramadol. The three integrated specimen-validity checks provide additional information about the condition and concentration of the collected urine specimen.
With rapid results, straightforward visual interpretation and no additional equipment required, this cup helps simplify high-volume and point-of-care drug screening.

Frequently Asked Questions About the 14 Panel Drug Test Cup
What does this 14 panel urine drug test cup test for?
It screens for amphetamine, barbiturates, buprenorphine, benzodiazepines, cocaine, fentanyl, MDMA, methamphetamine, morphine/opiates, methadone, oxycodone, phencyclidine, marijuana and tramadol.
Does this drug test cup detect fentanyl?
Yes. It includes a dedicated fentanyl panel with a cutoff level of 1 ng/mL. Fentanyl is tested separately from the MOR/300 morphine and opiate panel. It is a Tramadol and Fentanyl drug test cup.
How quickly are results available?
Drug-screening results are generally read at approximately five minutes. Follow the package insert for the exact reading window and do not interpret results after the stated maximum time.
Is this drug test cup CLIA Waived?
Yes. Publish the CLIA-waived status exactly as shown in the manufacturer’s current package insert and regulatory documentation for the product, so it is a Clia Waived drug test cup.
Does the cup detect tramadol?
Yes. The TML panel screens for tramadol at a cutoff level of 100 ng/mL.
What do PH, SG and CR mean?
PH evaluates the acidity or alkalinity of the urine specimen. SG measures specific gravity, and CR measures creatinine. Together, these indicators help assess specimen validity and may identify unusually diluted or altered specimens.
Is a faint test line negative?
Yes. Any visible line in the Test region, even a faint line, should generally be interpreted as negative when the Control line is also present.
Is additional equipment required?
No additional testing instrument is normally required. Collection, screening and visual result interpretation are completed using the all-in-one cup.

All Orders Will Be Shipped the Same Day If Placed Before 3:00 PM EST.
Next-day Shipments Will Not Be Delivered on Weekends, and That the Time Taken on Air Shipments Should Be Counted as Business Days.

Why Does My Tracking Info Still Say "Label Created, Not yet in the System" When I Placed It X Days Ago?
If your order was placed via USPS, sometimes your label might not show up in their system even 1-3 days after they have received the package. The same can happen for UPS orders, although they almost always show up in their system the night which they are shipped. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
If I Pay for a next Day Air Delivery, Am I Guaranteed to Receive It the next Day?
Air deliveries performed by UPS are counted via business days, so you will receive your package the business day after it has been shipped. We also do not ship orders placed after 4 pm EST on the same day, so Next Day orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the following business day.
Why Can't I Check the Tracking of My Package?
After you place your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number within a business day. If you did not receive this email, it's possible that the e-mail was entered incorrectly, sent to your spam folder, or blocked. If you did not receive this email, please call or email us and we'll be happy to give you the status of your shipment.
I Placed My Order but I No Longer Need It. Can I Return It and Get a Refund?
We accept returns for unused items as long as they are placed within 30 days after the day they are purchased. Although shipping is free upon order, we still incur a cost for every order that is shipped, and you will be refunded the amount of your order once we receive the returned goods, minus the cost of shipping.
