How to Use the Urine 8 Panel Testing Cup

  1. Prepare: Make sure the cup and environment are at room temperature (59–78°F).

  2. Collect Sample: Have the donor provide a urine sample directly into the cup.

  3. Seal the Cup: Securely close the lid to prevent leaks.

  4. Check Temperature: Verify the built-in temperature strip reads between 90–100°F within 2–4 minutes.

  5. Wait 5 Minutes: Allow the test to develop for 5 minutes before reading results.

  6. Read Results:

    • Two lines = Negative

    • One line = Positive

    • No control line = Invalid; retest

  7. Discard Safely: Dispose of the cup according to local regulations.


For accurate results, read within 5–8 minutes. Do not interpret results after 8 minutes.
