11-Panel Oral Fluid Rapid Test Device (with Alcohol)

A compact, instrument-free screening device that checks 11 drugs plus alcohol from a single oral-fluid collection. Built for professional point-of-care programs that need fast, tamper-resistant screening without handling urine.

Intended use

For professional in-vitro diagnostic screening at the point of care. Results are presumptive; confirm non-negative findings with a laboratory method (e.g., GC/MS or LC-MS/MS).

How to Use (Quick Guide)

Prepare – Bring pouch/device to room temperature (15–30 °C). Ensure the donor has nothing in the mouth for ≥10 min.
Collect – Open pouch (use within 1 hour). Remove cap. Have the donor place the tongue against the upper/lower jaws/roots to stimulate saliva. Swab gums 10–15×; then put the absorbent wick under the tongue until flow appears (~60 s).
- If no flow, repeat up to 3×. If there is still no flow, discard the device and repeat with a new one.
Test – Place the device on a clean, level surface and start the timer.
Read results – For drug panels, read at 3–10 min. If all lines are visible at 3 min, record as Negative; otherwise, re-read at 10 min.

Two colored bands appear on the membrane. One brand appears in the control regions © and another band appears in the test region (T).

Invalid

The control band fails to appear. Results from any test that has not produced a control band at the specified read time must be discarded. Please review the procedure and repeat with a new test.
