Steps to use the CLIA 15 Panel Test Cup
Step 1: Collect the Sample
Bring the 15 panel drug test cup and urine specimen to room temperature before use. Have test subject provide a urine sample directly into the cup. Ensure the maximum fill line is not exceeded.
Step 2 Seal Securely:
Screw the leak-proof lid back onto the cup tightly to prevent leakage or tampering.
Step 3 Read Results:
Allow the test cup to sit flat on a surface for 5 minutes for results to develop. Within 5 minutes, observe the result window for the presence of colored lines, which indicate a positive or negative result.
How to Read Results for the 15 Panel Serenity Cup?
Note: At 2-4 minutes, verify the temperature of the specimen by observing where the green dot appears. A green dot will appear on the corresponding temperature line.
Positive
If only one colored band appears in the control region (C) and no apparent colored band appears in the test region (T) the test is positive.
Negative
If two colored bands appear on the membrane test is negative. One brand appears in the control region (C) and another band appears in the test region (T).
Invalid
If control band fails to appear on any test at the specified read time, the test must be discarded. Please review the procedure and repeat steps with a new test.
