POSITIVE: Only one colored band appears, in the control region (C). No colored band appears in the
test region (T) for the drug in question. A positive result indicates that the drug concentration exceeds the
detectable level.
NEGATIVE: Two colored bands appear on the membrane. One band appears in the control region (C)
and another band appears in the test region (T) for the drug in question. A negative result indicates that
the drug concentration is below the detectable level.
INVALID: Control band fails to appear. Results from any test which has not produced a control band (C)
NOTE:
1. The intensity of color in the test region (T) may vary depending on the concentration of analytes
present in the specimen. Therefore, any shade of color in the test region (T) should be considered
negative. Please note that this is a qualitative test only, and cannot determine the concentration of
analytes in the specimen.
2. Insufficient specimen volume, incorrect operating procedure or expired tests are the most likely
reasons for control band failure.
NOTE: No LINES appear on the Alcohol Test Strip!
POSITIVE: The One Step Saliva Alcohol Test will produce a color change in the presence of saliva alcohol.
The color will range from light blue color at 0.02% relative blood alcohol concentration to a dark blue color near 0.30% relative blood alcohol concentration. Color pads are provided within this range to allow an approximation of relative blood alcohol concentration. The test may produce colors that appear to be between adjacent color pads.
NOTE: The One Step Saliva Alcohol Test is very sensitive to the presence of alcohol. A blue color that is lighter than the 0.02% color pad should be interpreted as being positive to the presence of alcohol in saliva but less than 0.02% relative blood alcohol.
NEGATIVE: When the One Step Saliva Alcohol Test shows no color change this should be interpreted as a negative result indicating that alcohol has not been detected.
INVALID: If the color pad has a blue color before applying saliva sample, do not use the test.
Alcohol detection is indicated by a color change on the reaction pad, with varying colors depicting different concentration levels.

The 14 panel saliva drug test utilizes advanced technology to quickly and accurately detect the presence of various substances in an individual’s saliva sample. This test employs immunoassay screening methods, a widely accepted and reliable technique used in drug testing. Immunoassay tests work by utilizing specific antibodies to bind with the targeted drugs or their metabolites, producing a measurable response that indicates their presence. These tests are designed to detect a range of substances commonly abused, including but not limited to opioids, amphetamines, cocaine, marijuana, benzodiazepines, and barbiturates. If your order was placed via USPS, sometimes your label might not show up in their system even 1-3 days after they have received the package. The same can happen for UPS orders, although they almost always show up in their system the night which they are shipped. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
Air deliveries performed by UPS are counted via business days, so you will receive your package the business day after it has been shipped. We also do not ship orders placed after 4 pm EST on the same day, so Next Day orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the following business day.
After you place your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number within a business day. If you did not receive this email, it’s possible that the e-mail was entered incorrectly, sent to your spam folder, or blocked. If you did not receive this email, please call or email us and we’ll be happy to give you the status of your shipment.
We accept returns for unused items as long as they are placed within 30 days after the day they are purchased. Although shipping is free upon order, we still incur a cost for every order that is shipped, and you will be refunded the amount of your order once we receive the returned goods, minus the cost of shipping.
